Vachi Designs Limited shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
4. Payment
4.1 If goods are unavailable or cannot be fulfilled, we will refund the payment made using your original payment method.
4.2 Retail orders may be made using debit or credit card, PayPal, or any other supported payment gateway.
4.3 All prices include VAT (where applicable) and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. International customers may be liable for duties and taxes prior to receiving goods. In case of non-payment and returned items, a handling fee may be deducted from refunds.
4.4 Only one discount code may be used per retail order. Discount codes are not valid for wholesale purchases unless explicitly stated.
5. Returns, Cancellations and Substitutions
5.1 You have 28 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, but goods may be returned within the return period.
5.2 All sizing, measurements, and images are displayed as accurately as possible, but variations may occur.
